She s making up for that now. When the Monroe County Public Library decided to hold a make-and-take origami organism project, Rust designed the diagram the participants would use.

Driver enters no-contest plea in death of Officer Darrian Young

MONROE A Lenawee County woman on Friday entered a no-contest plea to second-degree murder in the death of Monroe County Animal Control Officer Darrian Young in a drunken-driving crash last year.  Michele Anne Dropulich, 47, of Hudson pleaded no contest Friday to the most serious charge against her, Monroe County Prosecuting Attorney Michael G. Roehrig announced. She is scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 26 by Monroe County Circuit Judge Michael A. Weipert, who is presiding over the case.  The plea agreement includes a sentence agreement for a cap of 17 years on the minimum sentence, a news release said.  “Darrian Young’s family and fiancé have been in regular contact with the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office during the case, and they are fully supportive of the plea and sentence agreement,” the release said.
