Essential wear company Modenik Lifestyle has appointed former P&G India MD, L.V. Vaidyanathan as its executive chairman, it said in a press release on Tuesday. Vaidyanathan will take over from Sunil Sethi who will retire from the company on July 31. Sethi will continue to serve on the Board of Directors for the company.
