Portland gunman overpowered by neighbour

“He knocked the guy out,” neighbour Misty Garrett told the Portland Tribune. “It took a long time for the police to show up here. During that time, another guy joined in trying to tie him up and beat him up.” Miraculously, Stolarzyk, who managed to fire off 29 shots at cars and buildings, was the only person injured in the June 29 incident at Stephens Creek Crossing and was taken to hospital. Apparently, the “visibly drunk” gunman had been angered by an argument with another neighbour over his barking dog around 1:15 a.m. We apologize, but this video has failed to load.
