A man accused of firing 29 bullets throughout a Hillsdale apartment complex during an altercation with a neighbor on June 29 has been arrested and charged with attempted murder, among 24 other charges.
Luke Stolarzyk, 32, now faces an attempted murder charge, in addition to charges for reckless endangerment, unlawful use of a weapon, criminal mischief and attempt to commit a felony, after he allegedly chased a neighbor around and fired off several rounds with an AR-15 rifle in and around the Stephens Creek Crossing apartments in Southwest Portland during the early morning hours of June 29.

He faces numerous weapons charges, attempted murder and nine counts of reckless endangerment with his bond set at $250,000
“He knocked the guy out,” neighbour Misty Garrett told the
Portland Tribune.
“It took a long time for the police to show up here. During that time, another guy joined in trying to tie him up and beat him up.”
Miraculously, Stolarzyk, who managed to fire off 29 shots at cars and buildings, was the only person injured in the June 29 incident at Stephens Creek Crossing and was taken to hospital.
Apparently, the “visibly drunk” gunman had been angered by an argument with another neighbour over his barking dog around 1:15 a.m.
