University women africanamerican women were paid 64 of what white men were paid in 2013 and Hispanic Women made only 54 of what white men made. If we profess to be an aging friendly city i think we need stronger systems in place to address senior isolation and also Mental Health support services especially for isolated seniors. I have been directly i have been directing our city departments and Community Agencies as much as i can to review services for seniors especially those living alone or isolated in their homes and at this hearing we would like to explore preventive measures that can be taken to address the issue of senior isolation and adequate Mental Health services for our rapidly aging population in San Francisco.
