The Wisconsin Elections Commission Voted unanimously to approve the statewide recount timeline. Officials said the recount will weeks. The campaign for former green Party President ial candidate jill stein raised money last week to pay for the recount efforts in wisconsin, michigan and pennsylvania. Will not be charged. The District Attorney says officer Brentley Vinson acted lawfully in the shooting. 43year old scott was shot and killed by Police Outside an apartment complex on september 20th. Officers say scott exited his vehicle while carrying a handgun. The da says all the c evidence leads to the conclusion scott was armed. His dna was on the grip of a gun found at the scene, the da urged the community to remain calm in the wake of the decision. A dane county judge decides wisconsin county clerks will not have to do a hand recount of the november president ial election instead. Clerks can choose to use ballot machines.
