System is back up and running. The travel headaches continue. Agents were checking passengers in manually this morning. Which added to the wait time in line. A federal judge recently struck down part s of wisconsins voter id law but those changes will not take effect until november. In order for your vote to count today you will need to show a valid state issued id. Like a drivers liscence. Voters tell us the id requirement did not slow them down too much today. No one was in car. Kenosha county dive team searching pond to make sure entire pond is clear. Also two divers from lake county the man accused of drowning his threemonthold son in a pond pleads not guilty. 25yearold sean flowers was in court this morning for his preliminary hearing. Police say flowers had gotten into an argument with the infants mother earlier this month. Thats when investigators say he waded into the pond near 76th and brown deer road. When a witness swam in to try and save the him, took the baby and swam deeper with him. Flowers is charged with first degree intentional homicide. A teenager is dead after drowning at the Washington Park pool. Police say the victim and a group of friends climbed over a locked fence to get into the pool, which was closed. The 19yearold jumped into the pool. And then began having trouble swimming and sank to the bottom. A Milwaukee Police officer jumped in and grabbed the victim from the water.
