Will not be charged. The District Attorney says officer Brentley Vinson acted lawfully in the shooting. 43year old scott was shot and killed by Police Outside an apartment complex on september 20th. Officers say scott exited his vehicle while carrying a handgun. The da says all the c evidence leads to the conclusion scott was armed. His dna was on the grip of a gun found at the scene, the da urged the community to remain calm in the wake of the decision.
