Everybody will glaze over. But i will say that we are picking up the program. We will have the great details about the program on our website. This is the Mayors Office of housing website which you can reach through sfgov and that will be on the website no later than august 1st, which is on thursday. Its a great opportunity for us to expand what we have done previously with the down payment assistance program, and this is indeed an expansion of what the city has, has done to serve its residents, the city and the employees. At the same time we are doing this First Responders program through the budget process led by supervisor farrell, this has been the first year of the Housing Trust fund program and theres been a variety of programs that have been funded with the Housing Trust fund passed by the voters. And this is one of the first that we are rolling out. We will continue to roll out other programs related to the Housing Trust fund as the year progresses. But again, just to summarize
And then i did want to while this we cant have the substantial discussion but the area code is theres no update at that particular point but the task force theres no particular date but the task force will be coming to some closure in the next couple of months so many recommendations will be starting to be developed and ill keep you apprised. I didnt put this into the update but the small pet stores that came up requesting a hearing of the commission. So i now know that the Planning Department is planning to have the court instructs the jury ice hearing for the lombard street location on august 8th. And so this is now put i know the commission is interested in hearing the item is august 12th. So i anyway commissioner adams has argued a special meeting so hear it so i will have conversations with you on that after the meeting. Okay. The passage of the Housing Trust fund was and is a huge win for all of San Francisco and our residents as one step in the right direction towards continuing to solve our citys ongoing housing needs.
