ECC s Michelle Kershner receives Dale P Parnell Distinguished Faculty Award

ECC Professor of Math Michelle Kershner Courtesy of Mark Carriveau   Updated 3/11/2021 1:57 PM Michelle Kershner, M.Ed., professor of mathematics, is a 2021 recipient of the American Association of Community Colleges Dale P. Parnell Distinguished Faculty award. One of only 23 recipients nation-wide, the award is recognition for faculty members making a difference in the community college classroom.   Award criteria include demonstrating a passion for the students and the classroom, show a willingness to support students inside and outside of the classroom, be inclined to participate in college committees, and go above and beyond what is required to ensure that students are successful in their academic endeavors.
