I spoke with a 10yearold boy who says he had just gotten home from school when he saw this fire start. I was afraid and sad because i saw people crying and i sort of thought, well, there might be som and it was on both sides of the building, so i was kind of paralyzed. An officer on teen told us road rage was a poib later they said there is not enough evidence in this case to point to that as the cause right now so dpd is still investigating. There are a number of scenarios they are going over at this time. A man had pulled his car over and was standing outside of it when he was struck. That was around 5 00. Then a passerby got out to help and he and the victim that he was tending to were both struck. That first victim ended up scene. The other died shortly after being transported to the hospital. Based on the time that it happened, drivers likely had a very hard time seeing the men as they drove
