We spoke with Family Member whos are devastated over her death. Shock, disbelief. Loss. Reporter a family is in mourning after the tragic loss of Cindy Augustine, an aurora woman struck and killed off i 76 in brighton by a hit and run driver. To hear that a car, the car didnt stop.
