Guilty two to two felony charges. One was being in possession of a firearm and another felony possession of ammunition. He was wearing a yellow jumpsuit in the courtroom and only spoke to his public defender. The judge kept the bail at 300,000. Deputy District Attorney who is prosecuting the case said that its common for them to plead not guilty during an arraignment. The Sheriffs Office as this arrest is related to the orinda shooting that left five people dead. The da, and Sheriffs Office have yet to say exactly how the defendant is connected to. They would not reveal how authority is caught onto him, but they did say they need the publics help. Any information we can get is extremely valuable. This is an extremely sensitive and complicated investigation. Any help we can get from anyone who is any information is extremely valuable.
