hCorker floats on
Theatre North West announced last week that it has added an additional week to its funny, powerful hit Corker.
Before the announcement there were only 81 seats available for the remaining 13 performances, the theatre can now make up to 1,300 more tickets available.
Holding hit shows over is not unusual at Theatre North West – last year three plays were held over for extra shows.
Corker is a Canadian play written by Wendy Lill, one of the country’s most celebrated playwrights. It centres around Merit MacPhee – a top civil servant, her family and a young man named Corker.
The play is funny in parts and incredibly powerful in others, and features a stellar cast of talented actors.
