The doors of the courthouse open around 7 30 this morning. Kathleen kane was convicted of master minding a leak of grand jury materials and lying about it under oath. Prosecutors are asking a judge to send cain straight to prison. But her attorneys will argue for probation and or house arrest. I did some digging this morning. One of her attorneys says she has close to 30 letters of support from family members, friends and former colleagues. Some of those people could testify on her behalf regarding her Public Service and socalled merciful acts.
