And how the investigation should go forward . That has occurred already, and will continue to occur with joint training between the District Attorneys Office and the Police Department. This as nbc news has reviewed a lawsuit accusing Hawaiian Electric of years of inaction and negligence, arguing it should have been planning to shut down Power Systems before the damaging winds hit. Blake mendenhall of napa spoke with me while recovering in a reno hospital. He crashed into a tree while snowboard at a tahoe ski resort sunday afternoon.
