Officials say if Current Trends continue the county may be put back in the most restrictive tier. Thats purple. And in Sonoma County people are frustrated that theyre still in the most restrictive purple tier even though test numbers are improving. With a case of massive fraud. Inmates across the state have stolen up to a billion dollars in unemployment money designed to ease the pain of the pandemic. The inmates include Scott Peterson convicted of killing his wife and unborn in 2004 and carrie stainer. State Officials Say the investigation is just getting starte started.
