This year, with covid19 still an issue, Public Officials are trying to change the trend. The Public Safety message make your labor day plans local, limited to your family to prevent the spread of covid19. All regions are closed this weekend. In santa cruz most beaches and state parks are closed. The idea behind the partial closure was to discourage out oftowners to get smaller locals a place to escape the heat. The daytime closure will
