Modi today will begin his three-day visit to Gujarat. He will be joined by WHO chief Dr. Tedros Ghebreyesus for laying of the foundation stone of the World Centre of Traditional Medicine in Jamnagar.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on a three-day Gujarat visit from April 18 to 20. The Prime Minister will also be joined by the World Health Organization's chief, Dr Tedros Ghebreyesus.
Emphasising on deep links between India and Mauritius, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday said that both countries are "united by history, ancestry, culture, language and the shared waters of the Indian Ocean."
The Indian prime minister made the comments at a virtual event alongside Mauritius PM Pravind Kumar Jugnauth in which a slew of India-assisted projects were inaugurated.
"The two dignitaries will launch the Civil Service College and 8MW Solar PV Farm projects in Mauritius that are being undertaken under India`s development support," the MEA statement read.
