Filing a complaint with the federal government. Could we have a system where we would wait 90 days or 110 days . See if anything happens there and then we pursue it. One of the things which concerns me is a duplication of effort by governmental agencies. I think thats right. I think theres the potential of duplication of effort, but, more importantly, theres no requirement in any law that the entity filing a complaint with the state tell us. So we wouldnt know whether or not theyre conducting an investigation into our city.
