looking for a man accused of sexual assau sexually assaulting a person. he was working as a metro driver when he attacked a woman he had picked up in montgomery county. pat collins is in gaithersburg with the story. reporter: this is the suspect they re looking for. they say he is dangerous and on the run. he is 31 years old. an able-bodied cab driver. the victim, a 36-year-old disabled woman. the crime? rape. wanted on charges of second-degree rape. 31-year-old. police say he was using a regency cab to work as a metro access driver at the time of the alleged sexual assault. metro transit police gave these details. the date, thursday, july 8. the time, 1:30 in the afternoon. the trip, an access ride from silver spring to gaithersburg. the victim, a 36-year-old woman with special needs. it looks like a crime of opportunity. certainly we re dealing with a perpetrator here who is considered a predator. and perhaps saw an opportunity. and you know, leveraged the circumstances
