up t will be a major problem. right now, apparently it doesn t appear, we just don t know whether or not this was weather-related, the power issue that they were having. we know crews are telling me just a little while ago that they have been able it replace a cable that somehow able to replace a cable that somehow burned underneath the roadway. it will be a couple of hours before they are able to finish that. what we are hearing is 1326 customers without power. that was last night when it was initially reported. they hope to have it restored by about 10:00 this morning being hopefully sooner t just depends on how the process goes. total though, this is what the problem is. whether or not these are all weather-related is certainly going to be very dangerous. over 2,000 customers for pepco that are without power total. that is about 1900 here in d.c. alone, about 10 in montgomery county and 126 in prince george s county. now, virginia dominion is reporting some outages, 307
