whatever. they re going to do whatever they re going to do, and i just want somebody that s going to stand up for us. let me tell you how different things sound in kentucky versus in the rest of the country. i was with andy beshear, the democratic nominee last night at one of his final stops. about six statewide democrats talked. trump s name was never mentioned. it s the longest i ve heard a bunch of democrats talk without saying trump in a long time. the governor matt bevin was with trump talking about him all the time. the fact is democrats think they win this race if it s about local issues. if it s about bevin, it s about education, it s about health care. but republicans think that they re going to win if it s about trump if it s about impeachment, if it s about social issues. and i have to say, talking to both camps last night, the republicans feel confident going into today, but democrats say, look, we kept it short and
too liberal, to extreme and too dangerous for the state of kentucky. tomorrow, everybody needs to vote. republican, we ve got to go republican all the way. [cheers and applause] and i want to bring up a man and i m serious about this. this guy worked so hard. he is a great, natural knowledge and business which you need. he straightened it out, and i tell you why, it will be one of the truly great in the history and may be the greatest in the history of this state, matt bevin. come on up, matt! off by half a point, if it is 117 and not 118 or even if i go under, they will record it and say didn t tell the truth. it was really 119 but over 100, we had the highest stock market. think about that. that is incredible. [cheers and applause] but matt bevin has made record investments in education spending for kentucky students. education is so important to him. matt bevin will defend your kentucky values. he loves this state from an all-out assault, from the extreme left, not good. i can even imagine. how can you vote for somebody from the extreme left? this guy, andy beshear is a major lefty, you know that, right?
and matt bevin is making kentucky great again. thanks for your help tonight. [cheers and applause] and working together, we are changing the federal courts forever! he put his whole life at stake to help this date in the job he has done is incredible under his leadership. kentucky has created over 57,000 new jobs. but i helped also -, we work together. now, it is difficult, have to say, you know, but it s okay, here, look. he is such a pain when he needs something for kentucky like money, like aid, like he wants me to call one of the many manufacturers now that were coming into kentucky. could you call the head of some company in japan, please? mad, do i have to do it? please, please. but isn t that what you want in a governor?
