Booked in actually while this all happened while he was still in handcuffs castro was able to get a hold of that deputies gun and thats when castro started shooting off rounds and that deputy was able to crawl to safety and get help he a call for backup and thats when you saw all these different agencies multiple agencies born appealing a crisis negotiators much line to contact and talk to a castro there. Our breaking news is in Santa Cruz County where a sheriffs deputy is dead after being shot in what investigators say was an ambush attack.
