Dave was born on June 26, 1960 in Ohio (the state of many first) to Maurice Clinton McLure and Janette L. Diehl McLure. He received his education in the Ohio Public School System, later left for, and graduated college. His most notable accomplishment was entering the workforce, in the words of Dave, all before that was insignificant . Howard Hadsell Barry, 80, passed away Jan. 20, 2021, at Hays Medical Center, Hays. He was born on May 23, 1940, at Great Bend to Harvey Hadsell and Albertia May (Blair) Barry. He married Mary Callaway and they later divorced. He then met his best friend and life partner, Gloria Leon.
A lifetime Great Bend resident, Howard was a laborer at Venture Corporation for 20 years. He owned and operated Barry Tree Service after the death of his father. He was of the Christian faith. Howard was an outdoors person and loved to work on his trucks.
Survivors include, two daughters, Kandy Miskell and Elaine Barry, both of Great Bend; a brother, David M.
