The federal judge said today that he believesle bulk collection of telephone records is unconstitutional and apparently violates privacy rights. Reporter judge richard leon ruled that the phone Data Collection that has been so controversial is likely in violation of the constitution, specifically the Fourth Amendment prohibition against unreasonable search and seizure. The ruling was 68pages long.
