Havee say they Surveillance Video showing 27yearold Catherine Hoggle leaving a chickfila at the armantown transit center, and recent video shows her at a Harris Teeter not far from here at about 4 40 in the morning yesterday, without her children, which is concerning. She has been diagnosed as having paranoid schizophrenia, and her two children, jacob and sarah, ages two and three, when missing one by one over a twoday period. When confronted, she ran off and she has not been seen since. There has been no trace of little sarah hoggle and jacob hoggle.
