Rare homicides are here. According to crime data this city of 44,000 people has just one murder every year. The victims family saw his body for the first time late this evening. The 28yearold was a barber at this shop across the street from the parking lot where witnesses found him behind the wheel of his car late this morning. I saw him slumped like this in the car. Reporter phil lee owns the restaurant in the shopping center, his family owned the business for 45 years and he says there was only one other murder here more than ten years ago. You see this is a little quiet town and stuff like this does not happen. Reporter police only say it was a random act and that the cause of death was obvious.
