Two trains slammed into each other this morning. The question the National Transportation safety board wants answered is why . The Early Morning crash disrupted septa service for hours. Just passed 8 00 this morning septa Officials Say one train slammed into another on the same track. Then derailed. Those cars hit part of a third train on adjacent track.
