Police are still looking for a plan who shot and killed a man on a bart train at the west oakland station. It happened just before 8 00 last night. Witnesses dell us the victim was sitting next to the trains car door. To he was shot just before the train stopped. The shooter ran as soon as the doors opened. Abc7 News Reporter quintana has the details. We watched as police took a man into custody nearly two hours before the brutal shooting on this train. Its not clear if he was a suspect.
