Former Delaware chef s chicken noodle soup is better than Bobby Flay s

Once again, Jennifer Behm-Lazzarini is wearing a crown. The former Miss Delaware USA bested chef Bobby Flay in a cooking competition Thursday night on his Food Network TV show Beat Bobby Flay. Behm-Lazzarini faced off against Flay on the half-four program after winning a first-round battle against her husband, Julio Lazzarini, who owned and ran two Wilmington restaurants. The couple moved to Rhode Island about seven years ago.  I m totally numb and in shock, said the mother of two girls after the win. The Lazzarinis took out Bobby Flay.
