Fatal wound was fired and it brought him down itch police say hips and williams ran from the store where they met officer wilsons partner damien stevenson. He shot hips in the leg. Williams ran back into the store where he tried to blend in but employees and customers pointed him out. Both men are now charged with murder. Hips was arraigned bedside at the hospital where hes now wearing a officer wilsons handcuffs.
