James Ledda, 54, also alleges in an amended complaint in his reverse discrimination suit that at St. John Neumann Regional Academy: African-American students are not held to the same rules of conduct as Caucasian students. White faculty members and administrators are discouraged from imposing discipline on African-American students they would have on Caucasian students. A spokesman for the Scranton Diocese said it does not comment on pending litigation. Calls to the school were not returned. U.S. Middle District Judge Christopher C.
