To be called Punk Wok, the American izakaya restaurant will join other food and beverage businesses including Barista Parlor, Radish, Red Perch and Bearded Iris Brewing at the former Madison Mill site at 4101 Charlotte Ave.
Clay Greenberg, who once owed the since-closed Germantown restaurant Silo, will serve as owner and operator. Greenberg also has worked as an executive chef at Virago and Lime. He started his local restaurant career at the former Six Degrees in The Gulch.

Nashville-based coffee shop and roastery 8th & Roast Coffee Co. is now open in its new Nashville International Airport location, ownership group Reed Hospitality announced in a release.
Local management group SLA Worldwide will oversee staffing and daily operations for the in Concourse D location. That entity ultimately will oversee operations for 11 local businesses that are opening locations at the airport.
8th & Roast previously operated in a temporary airport location BNA’s Concourse C since summer 2018. A second permanent airport location, to be in Concourse C, is anticipated to open later this year, the release notes.
