To be called Punk Wok, the American izakaya restaurant will join other food and beverage businesses including Barista Parlor, Radish, Red Perch and Bearded Iris Brewing at the former Madison Mill site at 4101 Charlotte Ave.
Clay Greenberg, who once owed the since-closed Germantown restaurant Silo, will serve as owner and operator. Greenberg also has worked as an executive chef at Virago and Lime. He started his local restaurant career at the former Six Degrees in The Gulch.
