LMFM By Ruth O Connell One-off housing would be restricted under the current proposals. The public is being reminded that 12 noon today is the deadline for submissions on the draft Louth County Development Plan - which contains a controversial proposal to restrict one-off rural housing. She added that while it wasn t possible to hold public meetings due to the Covid restrictions, there isn t a great history of engagement with the public on open days and she does not believe the pandemic has had an impact in terms of feedback.
