Minor cited
LOCK HAVEN An 11-year-old girl was cited for disorderly conduct after she was found burning a pile of leaves with a propane torch in one of the dugouts at Hammermill Park on Jan. 15, Lock Haven City police said.
Drug possession
HOWARD A 26-year-old Howard man was cited for drug possession following a traffic stop along North Eagle Valley Road near Bald Eagle State Park, Howard Township, on Jan. 21, state police at Rockview said.
The man was found to be under the influence of marijuana, in possession of a small amount of the drug and related paraphernalia, police said.
Two vehicle crash
LOCK HAVEN Three people were injured in a two-vehicle crash at the corner of South Fairview Street and Bellefonte Avenue at 3:39 p.m. Jan. 21.
Drivers were Heather D. Garman of Lock Haven, and Barbara A. Kessinger of Lock Haven.
Garman was transported to UPMC Lock Haven by ambulance with suspected minor injuries, as was a passenger in her vehicle, Barbara Morse who suffered a head laceration.
There were three passengers in the Kessinger vehicle and one of them was transported to the hospital, police said.
According to police, Garman made a left turn in front of the Kessinger vehicle, which was eastbound on Bellefonte Avenue. Garman will be cited for improper left turn, police said.

LOCK HAVEN Lock Haven University President Robert Pignatello will be leaving the university on Feb. 5 to take a position with the State System of Higher Education as it goes through a system-wide integration plan.
Pignatello, who became Lock Haven University president in March 2018, has been named “Senior Advisor to the Chancellor for Integration Strategy.”
Dr. Pignatello made the announcement on Friday in a posted message to the “Haven Family.”
He said the state system Board of Governors will name an interim president at Lock Haven University at its February meeting.
The announcement comes as Lock Haven University is going through the integration process, along with Mansfield and Bloomsburg Universities.

LOCK HAVEN – Jamie Lynne Jackson, 36, of Lock Haven, requested a full preliminary hearing on homicide charges for the death of 9-year-old Anson Landon Mitchell Stover.
The hearing is scheduled for Jan. 21 at 1 p.m. at Magisterial District Judge Keith Kibler’s Office, 301 Frederick St., Lock Haven. Although the Clinton County Courts remain subject to a Judicial Emergency Order in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Jackson’s preliminary hearing is scheduled to be conducted in-person with restricted access to the courtroom.
Jackson was arrested on Dec. 2 just days after the alleged beaten and battered body of Anson Stover was found in a bathtub in an apartment at 657 E. Bald Eagle St., Lock Haven on Nov. 28.
