Two Cedar Rapids Police officers who shot and killed a suspect last fall, will not face criminal charges. Today, the linn county attorney said the officers were justifd in their actions. Back in october, officers Brandon Boesenberg and Bryson Garringer pulled over a vehicle and say Jonathan Gossman got out of the truck and started running. The ofofcers say he ran through a cedar rapids neighbhoor and eventually, near ravenwood terrace and pointed it at one of the officers. Both policemen fired, shooting g d killing him.
