Its not so much rain as you heard steve say but its enough to slow the commute down. A 41 minute drive as you head out to the maccarthur maze. No major problems there driving to the bay bridge toll plaza you will see slow traffic at the bay bridge toll plaza. 2530 minutes. It stays that way through livermore and dublin and 680 heading south toward highway 84 we had a crash there and traffic is a big mess on this commute.
