Eleven people were arrested in connection with the case.
The case of 11 people accused of illegally selling residential sites on privately owned land in Dalmada, Polokwane, Limpopo, was postponed on Tuesday because the docket was missing.
The accused appeared in the Seshego Regional Court sitting in the Limpopo High Court.
Prosecutor advocate Mashudu Mudau said the docket had not yet been forwarded from the Polokwane Magistrate s Court, where the accused last appeared on 13 November last year.
