The case relates to the illegal occupation of Portion 41 of Kalkfontein farm after a land claim was lodged by the Mojapelo clan in 1996.

Eleven people were arrested in connection with the case.
The case of 11 people accused of illegally selling residential sites on privately owned land in Dalmada, Polokwane, Limpopo, was postponed on Tuesday because the docket was missing.
The accused appeared in the Seshego Regional Court sitting in the Limpopo High Court.
Prosecutor advocate Mashudu Mudau said the docket had not yet been forwarded from the Polokwane Magistrate s Court, where the accused last appeared on 13 November last year.
There was renewed tension at an illegally occupied piece of private land outside Polokwane, which resulted in three people being shot and injured.
The tension is understood to have emanated from WhatsApp messages ostensibly urging residents to prepare for a new fight against the owners of the land.
