Moving into the yellow tier. Governor newsom says that it is necessary as the positive rates increased. Every age group, every demographic, racial, ethnic, in every part of this state. We are seeing case rates increase and positivity rates increase as well. No longer concentrated and just a handful of counties we are seeing Community Spread broadly. Now throughout the state of california. Governor newsom said the state has been preparing for this moment and has 11 surge facilities that can be activated if hospitals become overwhelmed.
