Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity at a motel 6 at a wannee avenue in sunnyvale when the car matched the description, two men ran. They say one of them dropped a highcapacity magazine during the chase and one of the suspects got away and officers cornered the other behind a commercial complex and thats when the officers shot and killed him. Investigators say there was a gun next to that suspect, after he fell to the ground and another gun in his backpack. The officer fired nine rounds at the suspect.
