Police say ruffin and accomplice 22 year old douglas woods arrived by bicycle at home on the 1500 block of etting street around 9 40 friday night. Police say both men had criminal records, and an on going dispute with a 24 year old man at the scene. Homicide captain james clark. The one male was riding the bike and would have had the shooter actually on the handles bars.
