Numerous jail sentences were handed out in Stanton County Court on Tuesday. Marlin Clemons, 39, of Norfolk was sentenced to ninety days in jail for Possession of more than a half pound of Marijuana. He was arrested last year by the Stanton County Sheriffâs office following a vehicle pursuit at speeds near 100 mph on Hwy 275 and a county road East of Norfolk. The driver of the vehicle Martrail Edwards has also plead guilty to Marijuana Possession and Operating a Motor Vehicle to Arrest and will be sentenced later.
Lance Pfeifer, 33, of Howells was sentenced to one year in jail following his conviction for Driving While Intoxicated-3rd offense.
