Police say both men had criminal records, and an on going dispute with a 24 year old man at the scene. Homicide captain james clark. The one male was riding the bike and would have had the shooter actually on the handles bars. He pulls up, he gets out, he has a real brief conversation with 24 year old male, he pulls out a gun and fires several times. Reporter that 24 year old man was hit in the head. Hes hospitalized in critical condition. Two others are in stable condition with minor gunshot wounds. But three year old little girl was hit once in the chest. She died that night. Police alerted the shooting chased the bike riding bad guys and caught woods quickly. Hes been charged with murder. The capture brought some measure of comfort to her grieving parents. I love my baby. I will always love her. I just feel such awry heff right now that this person is hyped bars now that this that did this to my child. Reporter witnesses recognized ruffin and gave him up in a heartbeat. In a separate case neighbor has already helped cops nabbed the duo charge in the germantown carjacking that killed three children days earlier.
