The new concept, named Sabich, will serve sandwiches, rotisserie chicken and sides, with the flavours and dishes all inspired by the Middle East. Named after the site’s signature sandwich, Sabich is a combination of aubergine, eggs, tahini, and amba, served in a soft, pillowy pitta. The new concept adds to the variety of kitchens the market is home to which includes Cuban-inspired Cahita, Italian Cucina Di Vincenzo, seafood specialist Kelp, Asian-inspired Ginger and steakhouse kitchen Bone and Block.
