This may have started with a collision involving two other vehicles. It looks like there are injuries slow going here for some time. Also in oakland, a possible road rage incident blocking traffic at highway 13 at the redwood road exit. In this vit video you can see a car with a broken weld. The witness tells us off camera two drivers were racing. The damage appears to be from a large rock or something similar rather than a gunshot. Hit by a car. This happened in the middle of the morning rush hour. Molette green raced to the scene and has the latest breaking news. What can you tell us how that youre there . Reporter people here are quite shaken up after learning what happened here. Some people witnessed what happened after this mom and a 5monthold baby, they were hit by this car. They suffered very serious injuries at the height of the morning rush. I want you to take a look at the mangled baby stroller. It is still in the street here. It is crushed. One witness says she believes the baby was tossed at impact. The accident investigation could take a while before all of this clears up. The mom and baby are at the hospital. The sheriff just told me not long ago the baby is in much worse off shape than the mom.
