This may have started with a collision involving two other vehicles. It looks like there are injuries slow going here for some time. Also in oakland, a possible road rage incident blocking traffic at highway 13 at the redwood road exit. In this vit video you can see a car with a broken weld. The witness tells us off camera two drivers were racing. The damage appears to be from a large rock or something similar rather than a gunshot. At one point Police Reported a group of men were fighting in the roadway in the aftermath of the incident. So far there have been no arrests. Dr. Matthew springer led the study on rats in the lab, delivering vape snoke through this machine. The rats exposed to the juul had a lot more nicotine in their blood than the rats exposed to the regular cigarettes. Reporter he says the increased nicotine levels and Delivery System on the juul are even more highly addictive. Juul has a lot more nicotine. This is one of the things that makes juul hook kids. Reporter Humboldt State student says many of the vapors she knows claim its healthier, something she disagrees with. I think its really sad people are still doing it and they dont know what theyre putting into their bodies. Reporter dr. Springer says the bottom line is this. Just breathe clean air. Instead members of the Clean River Alliance were out collecting the trash that attracts the rodents, including this huge pile that wasnt created by the homeless at all. But by someone who used the encampment as a dumping ground. They actually broke down one of the posts out here, drove through illegally on the trail, and dumped a load of trash here at the end of the trail. Thats how it is here. This trash was dumped by someone else. But the homeless will be seen as the reason its here at all. Volunteers who come to the trail to hand out sandwiches and Second Hand Clothing say the campers are not just the source of the problem but also its biggest victims. San jose low rider counsel president David Polanco grew up reading the magazine and keeps the low rider culture alive. Sad to see it go but things have changed as far as the direction of the company. Reporter low rider magazine was started by san jose state student sonny madrid and his friends Larry Gonzalez and david nunez, who first sold it door to door in East San Jose. But it quickly gained a and loyal following. It was like the airplane that took us around the world and let other people know who we were, what we were about. We werent just criminals.
