It has only taken a trace from 1 100th of an inch to cause these conditions. We have still freezing drizzle. A little batch moving south of the region now. It is warmer down there. Glen burr knee and north of dc, north it is all at 32 degrees or lower. That has been the issue. 34 dc. 34 east. Temperatures at or below freezing.
